Finally, keep a lookout for World Usability Day, coming to an area near you!
World Usability Day happens each year on the second Thursday in November (this year, November 10). Events are organized around the world – over 140 events this year! – featuring great speakers and a focus on usability. This is not a Joomla-specific event, but it’s a great way to improve your overall design skills.
If you’re lucky enough to be in Jen and Barrie’s corner of the world, you can attend World Usability Day New England! Register by Friday for $30 or until the event for $40. Speakers come from usability leading institutions like Landmark College, University of Buffalo, and Staples, and topics focus on A/B testing, assistive technology, social media and students, designing optimal customer experiences, and much more!
