New Joomla.org Dev Blog

May 13, 2008 By barrie@compassdesigns.net Leave a Comment

It seems to now  just be simple Joomla content articles with a comment extension. I have been a frequent advocate for this when using Joomla to create blogs.

What’s more exciting, viewing the source it looks like the developer section is the first of the Joomla sites to make the move to Joomla 1.5.

<meta name="generator" content="Joomla! 1.5" />

I’ll be able to add the link to the blog to my daily stops of RSS. I’m looking forward to the rest of the joomla.org family taking the step to migrate to 1.5.

The Skinny

I am an entrepreneur, web consultant, author and educator.

I have been involved in starting a K-12 School District, a Private High School, and three web tech companies. I also wrote one of the original and best selling books on Joomla.

And I like sailing with kids.
